Thanks for sharing this. I wish I could have confidence in it but I don't, for at least three reasons.

First, Hamas still maintains the destruction of Israel as a goal in its charter.

Second, after the PLO supposedly accepted Israel's right to exist Arafat went and gave a speech declaring that it was just a tactic until the fight for full sovereignty over the whole region could be renewed.

Finally, I don't trust any organization that focuses its attacks on civilians rather than military installations.
