DNA is a code for producing proteins. I don't think proteins have much to do with this situation. What I care about is culture and THE LAWS that derive from various cultures. More specifically...

The Arabs in Israel live better and freer lives in the Israeli legal system than do Arabs living in Arab-governed countries. The member states of the Arab League are among the least free in the world. That's why I believe Palestinians would do better living under Israeli laws than they would in a Palestinian state.

This isn't a matter of race or genetics. It's a matter of culture as effected by historical accidents. Someday the Palestinians may lead the world in civilized behavior, but that is NOT the case today.

Nationalists aspirations matter not at all to me. I only care about the protection of human rights. I think a Palestinian state would suck at that. It would also wage constant war on Israel. No thank you.
